any of them, really. Just please don’t shoot homeless people with them, you can scare them and they might die of a heart attack.
For a decent quality paintball gun that can be found at wal-mart I have two opinions. First is the JT Tac Recon 5. I have one myself and holds up pretty well. Mods are coming up to give it a more custom look that can be ordered. The second is Spyder MR1. Both of these have been reviewed well by experets in paintball magazines. They are in no way to the same standards of an A5 or electros but good starting guns for the occassional player.
NEVER BUY ANY OTHER PAINTBALL GEAR AT WALMART THAN WHAT I TELL YOU HERE
That being said, the 98 is a fine MARKER. Any marker priced over $100, this is the marker alone, not in a package, that is constructed of metal is a good start off marker.
You must realize that if you pay $80 for a set with a mask, squeegie, marker, and air tank. Lets do the math.
Mask= $20
Squeegie = $5
Air Tank = $20
This means that at 0 profit, they are selling you a $35 marker…..hmmm
I am with a scenario team and I run a Sim-4, a $400 marker, which is meant to endure use. My cousin bought a marker from WalMart and replaced it 3 times in 3 months. If you are going to be hard core, anything plastic is liable to break very quickly
