couldnt find anything else to bitch about today eh??
Don’t forget you always get what you pay for. I visit Wal Mart quite often. However, my expectations in regards to customer serve are low. Of course the reason I’m there is to get a bargain. So, when one is shopping cheap, lower your expectations.
Is today the first time you’ve ever been in a Wal-Mart?
Are you foreign, 2 years old, or have you been under a rock?
I love the place. I don’t care if it’s a huge corporation. They started out small and got to the top by being the best, just the way Starbucks did. You can’t hate them for being successful.
If you don’t like the working conditions, don’t work there.
i agree that walmart is not the greatest in customer service, but when you pay your employees so little how can you expect them to be happy go lucky.
they see all of these people who actually have money to christmas shop and they are unable to do the same thing. it must get on their nerves
you are the imcompotent one you can’t even spell,
at least they are trying to find work.
potent indeed. what a dope
i actually love wal-mart! i think its the best store to shop at when you are on a low budget (like me)
I don’t have the answer but your question reminded me that two days ago I wanted to buy a plaid fabric in a Lancaster, PA area Wal-Mart store. The showing edge of the fabric was not cut on the plaid line and the clerk said she couldn’t square it up. That was O.K. I offered to buy more than I needed in order to get a cut across the straight of the plaid. She said she couldn’t do that. She said she had to cut it double layer where ever the measurement fell. I asked her to open the fabric and cut single layer along the plaid line, saying again that I’d pay for whatever the piece measured after the cut. She was irritated beyond belief at the inconvenience to her. She “couldn’t spend her time that way.” There was not another customer in sight. Her name badge was upside down, and it was Christmas. My gift to her was to not complain to management about her gruff, unfriendly attitude, and hope whatever was making her so surly would go away soon.. Perhaps it was me. I’m not anti-Wal-Mart, I’m anti-surly associates.
I am one of many people who is employed by Wal-Mart and I understand what you are saying. First, I would not say Wal-Mart is the worst store in America but is very close in regard in customer satisfaction. Second, no everyone is incompetent so it is unfair to make the generalization about the individuals employed by Wal-Mart. Third, I think many of Wal-Marts problems come from its “Every Day Low Prices” that the consumer has grown found of. You can not have unrealistic expectations for a place that is able to provide low prices at the expense of the people who work there.
