wal-mart
anon in idaho asked:

I currently own one share of Wal-Mart stock that brought at Frame A Stock online. I work at Wal-Mart part time 24 hours a week(Friday Night-Sunday Night). In each pay period, I’m putting $16.00 into Wal-Mart stock. Wal-Mart matches every $1, I put into stock with an additional fifteen cents per dollar

How much Wal-Mart stock or shares would I have be the end of this year?
The pay period is every two weeks.

Well I think the answer would be 12 shares.

    Assumptions:

    1. When your stock is purchased for you would get a 15% discount.
    2. I am also assuming a set price (today) of $47.80 per share prior to discount.
    3. You are paid on a bi-weekly basis.
    4. I am including your current framed share as one of the 12.

    Hope this helps.

I just quit walmart because they treat their employee’s like shit. They say I couldn’t have our quarterly bonus 2 weeks prior to its due time, because I was hired 1 day after the “deadline”, but neglected to mention this 3 months ago when I was hired. The stock program is just a way for them to your paycheck back to them.
