wal-mart
anon in idaho asked:

Just how does one start a 401K if you work at Wal-Mart? Do you need a specific amount to start with? Does Wal-Mart match dollars invested or do anything special with 401K’s there to make them larger or not?

Why don’t you ask the Wal-Mart management at your store what the company policy is concerning 401Ks. You make the deposits into the account on a regular basis . That is your duty if you wish to retire in style. Wal-Mart will advise you of their policy. I am surprised you were not informed when hired.
