Can employees of Wal-Mart win prizes from the Mcdonalds monopoly game?

    Ordinarily McDonald’s employees can’t participate in any contests the company puts on. If this McDonalds was located within the Wal-Mart it might extend to the Wal-Mart employees as well. This is done to reduce the opportunity of cheating - like employees taking large quantities of game pieces for themselves.

    Usually if a resturant is located in a WalMart, they are under specific rules set by Walmart. But I worked a Subway inside a Walmart and their employees were allowed to participate in our “games” so I think it would be vice versa.
